Which part of the article represents the multiple issues that you brought up? @Uncle Bash007

- Nope. There's a lot of article stating the "legal basis" and "mission". It is perfectly normal for governmental organization. Example for a few: United_States_census#Legal basis, Deutsche_Bundespost#Legal basis, Directive_(European_Union)#Legal basis, International_Committee_of_the_Red_Cross#Legal basis. - Yeah, stating mission and vision may in some cases denote advertisement. Nevertheless, in this I think the way you state it is not indicating advert. I see you removed the tag.
